Is the digital portrait really free?
Yes. No purchase, review, social post, referral, or marketing signup is required. The soft-launch offer includes one approved digital portrait per email.
What will I receive?
You will receive the exact unwatermarked digital portrait you approve, delivered by email with a download link.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can explore up to five successful previews, including targeted adjustments. If a preview cannot be created, it does not use one of the five. Tell us what should change and what should stay the same.
Can I upload a couple or family photo?
Family portraits are coming soon. This soft-launch version is designed for one person, one child, or one pet at a time.
Which pets are supported?
Dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and other animal companions. Upload photos of one pet only so their markings and features stay clear.
How are my photos and email used?
Your photos are used to create and troubleshoot your portrait. Your email is used to deliver it. Promotional emails are optional and require the separate unchecked consent box. Your photos are never used as marketing content without separate permission.
Can I order a physical print?
Public physical ordering is not open during this soft launch. After portrait delivery, you may apply to be one of up to five featured participants considered for a complimentary physical sample.
When does the offer end?
July 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The page and delivery system close automatically when the deadline passes.
